DESCRIPTION:

Ruby red, with particular garnet reflections. Rich and intense, the nose is expressed with hints of berries, sweet spices, and notes of violet. It is structured and balanced on the palate and long-lasting. This wine expresses a choice of elegance and classicism.

Pairings: Excellent to combine with red meats, both grilled and stewed, it also goes well with game and mature cheeses.

Barbaresco DOCG signed by Pio Cesare is produced from grapes from owned vineyards raised in areas with a high wine vocation, such as treiso and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio. Aged in wood for about 30 months, Barbaresco has a classic, elegant and fine style, pleasantly concentrated and long-lasting.
