Ruby red, with garnet shades. The nose is intense and persistent and tends to prefer fruity and floral notes such as violet and vanilla. Structured and very persistent, on the palate it is m orbido and vigorous, with balanced tannins.
Pairings: Roasted meats, grilled meats and game.
Aged over 3 years in oak French: barriques for about 30% and 70% in barrels of various capacities.
