    DESCRIPTION:

    Variant of the most widespread herrborinates of cow's milk and sheep's milk, goat's blue is produced with goat's milk with presamic curd and intended for maturation. It has a creamy and uniform taste and a strong and pronounced flavor: these are the distinctive features of this precious Piedmontese cheese.
     

    Pairings: It can be consumed as a table cheese or as an ingredient in tasty recipes: excellent filling for tortelli.

    Wines: Excellent when combined with structured wines such as Barbera, Barbaresco and Barolo or, alternatively, with liqueur white wines such as Marsala or Moscato Passito.
