    Wholemeal soft wheat flour W290 ideal for baking and bakery products

    Strong full-body flour obtained from a blend of soft wheat. The high protein content and the high percentage of fibers favor a significant absorption of liquids. Suitable for direct, indirect and sourdough doughs, with hydration up to 80% and maturation up to 18/24 hours at a controlled temperature. It is ideal for all types of baked goods.
