    La Norma is a typical Sicilian condiment based on tomato, eggplant and hard and smoked sheep's milk ricotta, wisely incorporated with spelled and all cooked like a risotto. Without preservatives and unpasteurized. 

    Warm up the product before consumption: 

    in the pot: pour the contents of the package into a saucepan and heat for 3 min over medium heat. Add water to taste; 

    in the microwave: puncture the top film and heat for 3 min at 850 watts.

    Kitchen-to srl was born in Turin in 2011 from a project by former students of the University of Gastronomic Sciences with the aim of giving people the opportunity to eat good food, saving time.

    Cucina-to srl is also characterized by the strong sensitivity to environmental issues, purchasing part of the raw material directly from the manufacturer, using recycled paper labels, transparent recyclable plastic packaging and the detergents used are certified and have a low environmental impact.

    Since 2016 they have been awarded the title Masters of Taste, the initiative of the Turin Chamber of Commerce and Slow Food Piedmont that rewards and enhances quality food production in the province of Turin.
