The history of the Tossini brothers begins with Fortunato in 1899 in Camogli, in the bakery shop. A small artisan production of bread and focaccia based on qualitative excellence.
Subsequently, the bakery shop moved to Recco, with the same passion, the same quality, the same products.
In 1976 the turning point, Luigi and Maurizio became aware of the changes taking place in the market variables and decided to redesign the corporate strategy.
