    Belmonte gastronomy was founded in 1969 by Pietro Bianchetta and his wife Delfina who, inspired by the Canavese tradition, decided to devote themselves to catering. Both come from realities linked to the cultivation and trade of local raw materials, such as fruit and vegetables and wine, they have had the ability to continually innovate without ever forgetting the values of Piedmontese cuisine, linked to their land and the pleasure of food.

    After fifty years, the restaurant business involves and thrills the second and third generation of the family that carries on the heritage of recipes handed down, offering products aimed at enhancing Piedmontese cuisine.

    All their preparations have always stood out for the high quality standard determined by the careful choice of raw materials, the absence of added additives and preservatives and the short shelf-life. And it is thanks to the quality and genuineness of the products that the company has been rewarded with a rapid expansion of commercial activity throughout Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta.

    All processing steps take place within its own production plant without using sub-suppliers of semi-finished or finished products; a choice that allows you to maintain full control of all stages of production and the selection of raw materials.

    The products arrive at their destination always very fresh thanks to the capillarity and timeliness of deliveries that takes place with refrigerated vehicles owned and internal staff.

    Finally, Belmonte Gastronomia is in possession of the CE ITF5U4N CE recognition (the so-called CE stamp) for the processing of products of animal origin.
