THE CELLAR:
This is a story of family, of love for their land and its rediscovery. The sun of Puglia and the traditions of Salento conveyed by a vibrant entrepreneurial vein transmitted from a father to a son. A project that finds its roots in the 80s of the last century, with that farm founded by the forefather Tommaso Rubino which, first, recovered the viticultural potential of a territory from the distant past. Son Luigi, flanked by his wife Romina, which assists him in all aspects of marketing and communication, has collected the entrepreneurial legacy, instilling that great passion in one of the companies that today represents a model of Apulian viticulture. Tenute Rubino is a project born in the mid-1980s from an idea of Tommaso Rubino, a staunch supporter of the potential of Salento. Through a long series of acquisitions, it has created an important production base divided over five estates, with the aim of best expressing the values of the local winemaking tradition.
