Intense ruby color with violet shades. It has a scent of red berry fruits such as blackberries, blueberries, plums, very ripe cherries, as well as unmistakable notes of ripe primitive grapes. On the palate, it releases a taste of very soft tannins that offer structure, fullness, and pleasantness. To be served at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Pairings: A wine to be sipped throughout the meal, this Primitivo combines very well with rich and tasty first and second courses. Stuffed pastas, white meats, and unique spicy dishes.

    Alcohol: 14%

Produced with Primitivo grapes grown with spurred cordon in vines on medium-textured soils in the territory of Brindisi. The harvest takes place in the first week of September followed by 10 days of fermentation in steel tanks and 15 days of maceration at a controlled temperature.

Tenute Rubino was born in the mid-80s from an idea of Tommaso Rubino, a convinced supporter of the potential of Salento. Through a long series of acquisitions, Tenute Rubino has created an important production base divided into five estates with the aim of best expressing the values of the territory's wine-growing tradition.

The land of Puglia bewitches. Light governs a landscape of olive trees, vineyards, and sea.

A unique territory where the vine has found its ideal habitat to produce history and excellence. From this heritage, Tenute Rubino has strength and a sense of belonging, producing wines that have a strong link with tradition while redefining a style, a weaving, a soul of this new frontier.
