This product is the typical purely Tuscan sausage that stands out from any other salami for its particular mixture, made up of particularly lean shoulder meat and small percentage of lardons. Subsequently, the Tuscan salami is stuffed and bound by hand. Also ideal for delicious Tuscan platters and appetizers.

 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

The product is vacuum packed; it is advisable to open the package one hour before being consumed. Once opened, it is advisable to keep the product wrapped in a cloth in the least cold part of the refrigerator or better still in the cellar.
