    Franchi sausage with wild boar is produced from selected Italian pork and wild boar meats, it is a mix of bacon and shoulder cuts expertly flavored according to traditional Tuscan recipes.

    The Maremma area has been characterized, since ancient times, by the presence of wild boars, which hunted have given rise, over time, to gastronomic preparations of notable culinary art. This wild boar sausage is part of the game specialties of the Franchi company.

    Ideal as an appetizer accompanied by a careful selection of typical Tuscan cold cuts.

    The product is vacuum packed, it is advisable to open the package one hour before being consumed. Once opened, it is advisable to keep the product wrapped in a cloth in the least cold part of the refrigerator or better still in the cellar.
